Step 2: Prioritize Your Core Dimensions
This exercise involves ranking the 10 core dimensions of your life in order of importance. Each dimension represents a crucial area of your well-being.
Instructions:
- Review the Dimensions: Carefully review the list of 10 core dimensions (e.g., Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, Financial, etc.).
- Reflect: Consider which areas of your life currently demand the most attention and which areas are most fulfilling to you.
- Assign Priorities: Assign a number (1-10) to each dimension, with 1 being the most important and 10 being the least important to you at this time. Ensure that you only use 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, & 10 one time each.
- Intuition: Trust your intuition and be honest with yourself during this process. There are no right or wrong answers.
- Re-evaluate: After assigning initial priorities, review your rankings. Are there any dimensions you feel you may have undervalued or overvalued? Adjust your rankings as needed.
Tips for Prioritization:
- Consider your current life stage: Your priorities may shift as you progress through different life stages.
- Focus on your overall well-being: Consider how each dimension contributes to your overall happiness and fulfillment.
- Be mindful of interdependencies: Some dimensions may be interconnected. For example, your physical health can significantly impact your mental and emotional well-being.

Once you have assigned priorities to each dimension, you can visualize your results using the interactive tools provided. This will help you gain a clearer understanding of your current focus and identify areas that may require more attention.
